Immobiliare in Cloud — Real Estate CRM

Description

In the real estate industry, agencies often rely on multiple disconnected tools to manage leads, properties, clients, and marketing. This project involved building an all-in-one SaaS CRM for real estate agencies, combining automation, WhatsApp communication, and email marketing in a single platform.

My role

I designed and developed the full platform, from UX and interface design to full-stack implementation using Next.js, shadcn/ui, Convex, and WorkOS.

The challenge

The goal was to simplify daily agency operations by centralizing lead management, property workflows, client communication, and marketing automation in one easy-to-use system.

The solution

I built a modern CRM with real-time data, secure team access, automated follow-ups, WhatsApp integration, and email marketing tools, giving agencies everything they need to manage clients and grow their pipeline from one dashboard.
