20xdev — Marketing Website (Design & Development)

I designed and developed the marketing website for 20xdev, a production-ready SaaS foundation built for AI-native teams that want to ship faster without rebuilding core infrastructure.

The Context

20xdev needed a website that could clearly communicate a highly technical product — a full SaaS starter stack — in a way that felt simple, fast, and immediately valuable.

The challenge was positioning a developer-focused product without making it feel heavy or overly technical, while still conveying depth, credibility, and scalability.

The goal was to create a website that resonates with builders, communicates speed and leverage, and drives users to start building as quickly as possible.

My Role

I led the project end-to-end, covering both design and development:

Defined the information architecture and conversion flow

Designed the UI/UX in Figma with a strong focus on clarity and hierarchy

Structured messaging to simplify a complex technical offering

Developed the full website with attention to performance, responsiveness, and clean implementation

The focus was on creating a fast, sharp, and developer-aligned experience that reflects the product itself.

The Solution

The website was built around a clear, high-leverage narrative:

Strong Positioning in the Hero

Immediate value proposition (“Ship B2B SaaS in hours, not months”) targeting speed and scale

Benefit-Driven Sections

Clear framing around outcomes like faster launch, reduced setup cost, and future-proof architecture

“Built-in from Day One” Concept

Highlighting prewired features like auth, billing, CMS, blog, and AI readiness to reinforce completeness

Feature System Breakdown

Structured presentation of what ships with the product (multi-tenancy, dashboard, payments, etc.)

Stack Transparency

Dedicated section showcasing the full tech stack to build trust with technical users

Visual Rhythm & Modularity

Clean sections, strong spacing, and repeatable components to keep the experience scannable and fast

Consistent CTA Strategy

Repeated “Start building” actions aligned with user intent

Outcome

The final website delivers a focused and high-performance experience that:

Communicates a complex technical product in seconds

Speaks directly to developers and AI-native teams

Reinforces speed, leverage, and scalability

Reduces friction from discovery to action

By owning both design and development, I ensured a cohesive experience where messaging, visuals, and performance all work together to support conversion.
